I just bought 60$ worth of clothes. Their shipping fees are 15$ and i always get duty&tax when i order with Tiger Mist because of the services they use. So an additionnal 40$! For only 60$ worth of clothes i have to pay 55$ just to get it ship to Canada? It's too much

Great service but this top was definitely not for bigger chested girls. Wish this company had more curvy options.

Spent nearly $300 on clothing and received the $#*!test quality of clothing I've ever seen. I am a size 8 and have never had issues with clothing, all items were TINY. The dress didn't even cover but but. WORST of all they don't even offer refunds so now I'm stuck with a voucher that I will never want to use.

The returns policy meant that I spent an excess of $40 when I had to swap the clothing item for a different size. I didn’t read the returns policy so I was shocked to find it so out of date in comparison to other online fashion retailers. Disappointing for a store whose products I love, it has deterred me from purchasing in the future as I will not be wasting my money through the returns process.

Received my order so fast ! Came just in time for a trip to Vegas . The dress was true to sizing and photo online . Satisfied with my experience

the dress was a different colour in person and didnt fit right and was very hard to put on.

Got it as a gift for my friend and she is obsessed. She sent me pics in it last night just walking around her house saying she's never taking it off. Fit her great. I would say it's very true to size.

I'm writing this review here after Tigermist reported my review as fake on trust pilot. I have a picture of my order.

The quality is horrible and the service is even worse. The clothes smelt like petrol, I didn't try them on I just emailed straight away to return them. I was advised by their customer service I couldn't however under Australian law you definitely can. (chemical odor clothing is also a fault)

I know $150 isn't the end of the world however it's the principle, selling low quality faulty goods with no returns is not ok.

Refund rights

Consumers have the same legal refund rights on sale items as they would have on full-price products.
Stores and sellers cannot take away these rights by claiming they have a ‘no refund' policy for sale items, or displaying a ‘no refund' sign.

-after multiple attempts to return with Tigermist they reported review as fake, and copy paste reply. I'm yet to hear back about the weird chemical petrol death smell.
